The latest release from country music superstar Keith Urban, “Wild Hearts”, is a party-anthem worthy of dancing and chanting. It’s an easy sing-along number with a familiar catchy beat with Urban’s own twist, something listeners have come to expect and love over the years.

The song serves as a continued trend of bending the country pop boundary for Urban, who has experimented and tested those boundaries over the course of his award-winning career. This track is all about chasing your dreams, particularly in times of trial and hardship:

“This goes out to the drifters

And all of the dreamers ready to fly

All those born to be rock stars

Lifting their guitars and painting the sky”

The song will be a bit too much segregated from the country roots that made Urban a household name years ago, but his diversity as a musician continues to impress the masses and this song only reemphasizes his ability to adapt to the ever-changing climate of the music industry. 

Co-written by Urban along with Brad Tursi, Jennifer Wayne and Eric Paslay, the song is undeniably catchy and relatable to virtual any listener’s situation:

“I’m here to tell you

Anything can happen in this life

If you got the heart and the passion

And a god-lit fire inside”

“Wild Hearts” serves as a follow up to “Out the Cage”, featuring Breland and Nile Rodgers, from his latest album ‘The Speed of Now, Part 1.’  Urban is gearing up for performance run “Keith Urban Live - Las Vegas” residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace from September 17-25.
