Standout country trio Restless Road has released their latest single, “Sundown Somewhere”, via RCA Records Nashville.  Written by Ben Hayslip, Jacob Rice, Cole Swindell, and Cole Taylor, the song is about the thoughts and feelings you have for the one whom you are meant to be with…all while having not met that person yet.

It’s a futuristic, hopeful, impatiently patient ode to the one who you truly believe will come into your life and change it for the better forever.  It’s a dream-into-reality account and profession of faith and longing for love all consummated into three minutes of wittingly crafted and beautifully performed music.

She might be out in California, might be Tennessee

Maybe the Gulf coast, maybe right down the road

Can’t help but wonder if she’s wondering about me

Feeling a little lost, waiting on our paths to cross

In a very short time, the members of Restless Road have made a name for themselves as wonderfully gifted vocalists and musicians with the star power to take them straight to the top of country music.

“Sundown Somewhere” follows their first major-impact release, “Growing Old With You” – a proclamation of not only love, but a promise and a desire to be with someone forever.  It is the perfect wedding song, Valentine’s Day song, love song, or anytime song.

They first broke onto the scene after Kane Brown signed them to his record label and collaborated on the track “Take Me Home”, originally released by John Denver.  That song was their lead single off their debut EP, and they have released four additional tunes since.  The boys have been on the road this past summer and into the fall across the US, and will travel overseas to the UK and Germany in January 2023.
