Danielle Bradbery’s new single, “A Special Place” is a fun yet anger-driven account of a nasty breakup which will surely finds its way to radio stations as well as the playlists of listeners across the country.  It’s a bit of a new spin, ultra-dramatic even, on the feelings and emotions associated with the end of a relationship.

While some end amicable and others may end bitterly, Danielle’s new tune tells the tale of someone who wants her ex to pay the ultimate price when the end of the road comes.  Written by Maren Morris, Shane McAnally, Jimmy Robbins, and Sasha Alex Sloan, the song finds Bradbery hoping for her ex to be in the dark and lonely place that no one wants to be.

A zero star hotel

Don’t worry ‘bout your stay

‘Cause I’ve already paid

There’s a special place in Hell for you”

This is a catchy song, as the upbeat tempo and uniquely modern instrumentation put a fun country twist on a lyrically dark yet humorous subject.  This tune will have listeners nodding their heads, tapping their toes, and singing along with sly smiles on their faces.

And certainly not to be forgotten, overlooked, or taken for granted, are Danielle’s powerhouse delivery and incredible vocal range and ability.  Her sass and spunk are certainly a part of her musical personality and have been ever since she kick-started her career at 16 years of age.  But make no mistake – this is one of the more talented vocalists we have on the country music scene, and her performance on “A Special Place” is a reminder of just how talented this songstress still is well into her career.

“A Special Place” follows previously releases “Break My Heart” and “Stop Draggin’ Your Boots”, both of which garnered fan praise and critical acclaim.  In addition to dropping a new single, Danielle just recently announced her own headlining tour, hitting the biggest markets in the country this winter including Chicago, New York City, and Dallas.
