Maryland native Jackson Dean has released his brand-new single, “Fearless”, available everywhere now via Big Machine.

During his short stint thus far in the country music spotlight, Jackson is making a name for himself and his gritty, outlaw style.  It’s undoubtedly a throwback approach to songwriting, with his old school, lyric-driven songs appealing to the masses on the underground and mainstream country music scene.

“Fearless” is an honest account of how a woman can make a young man feel.  It’s a truthful take on a man’s thoughts, feelings, and emotions, most of which are not always proclaimed or expressed verbally.  It’s a bare-bones, stripped-down, vulnerably honest expression of how he is feeling and how his entire life is influenced by the woman in it.

As has been the case with the music we have heard from Jackson to this point, “Fearless” makes the lyrics its priority, telling the story of emotions and feelings in a way that only a truly gifted songwriter can accomplish.

“I can be a loner, a dog without a home

Or wild like the wild things are

I don’t scare easy, as long as you keep me

Square in the middle of your arms”

The gifted lyricist and multi-instrumentalist released his debut record, GREENBROKE, in 2022, and has shared the stage with the likes of Toby Keith, Miranda Lambert, Brantley Gilbert, and Brooks & Dunn, among others.

“Fearless” follows “Don’t Come Lookin’”, Dean’s debut single that hit #1 upon its release.  The Big Machine recording artist is hitting the road in 2023 on Blake Shelton’s “Back To The Honky Tonk” tour along with Carly Pearce, beginning in February.  In addition, he will be playing headlining gigs along with appearances at some of the country’s biggest festivals throughout the year.
