Widely regarded as one of country music’s hottest breakout stars of 2022, Priscilla Block keeps her foot on the gas with her continued renowned success into the first quarter of 2023.  Her latest single, “Couple Spring Breaks Back”, has been released via Mercury Nashville and is available everywhere now.

This is the first release of 2023 for Block, who has captivated fans with her storytelling ability and relatability from the very beginning of her career.  Written by Priscilla along with Randy Montana and Chris LaCorte, the tune is a reminiscent and nostalgic tale of memories made during spring break vacations.  And no matter how much time passes and how much we grow up, certain memories…and sometimes feelings…never fade away.

We all love to take a mental trip down memory lane, and while some thoughts are good and some are not, it’s the events we experience and our thoughts and emotions we feel that help shape us into who we become in the future.  The lyrics in this song are down-to-earth and relatable, putting the listener in a front row seat to a tale of fun, friends, and love.

“Sand in the sheets and boardwalk kisses

Your arms around me, but damn I miss it

Those seven suns that set too fast

When you were mine a couple spring breaks back”

Block has become a country music star over the past year.  From her platinum certified hit “Just About Over You” to being nominated for ACM and CMT Awards, while also amassing tens of millions of streams of her hit duet with Justin Moore, “You, Me, And Whiskey”, Priscilla is quite simply taking the music world by storm with highly touted success in an incredibly short amount of time.

It is set to be a busy year for Priscilla, who, in addition to her new music releases, is also going to be on the road for dates from the spring and through the summer.  From headlining gigs and opening shows for Justin Moore and Shania Twain on their respective tours, to playing some of the biggest festivals in the country, including CMA Music Festival, Country Jam USA and Tidalwave Music Festival, Block is set to take her country music stardom to the next level.
