DYLAN MARLOWE FT DYLAN SCOTT -Boys Back Home - Sony Music Nashville

During their run together on the ‘Livin My Best Life Tour’ in 2022, Dylan Marlowe and Dylan Scott collaborated on a tune that instantly became a fan favorite.  Now, following excitement and enticement from followers on social media and beyond, Marlowe is releasing “Boys Back Home”, featuring Scott.  The new track is available now on all streaming platforms via Sony Music Nashville.

A feel-good anthem for small town living to its core, “Boys Back Home” is an ode to a traditional, old-school upbringing and way of life.  The upbeat, high-energy number showcases a side of both Dylans that perhaps we needed a reminder that existed.  Though both singer-songwriters have scored hits with heartful, slower tunes, and have proven themselves as accomplishment musicians, this new song showcases both men in a new light that is long overdue.

“Boys Back Home” is fun, upbeat, and relatable, all elements the embody the appeal of country music to the widespread audience.  Clever lyrics delivered through trademark southern twang run on top of modern country hooks and runs, collectively resulting in a party song perfect for a night out on the town.

“Yeah, here’s to the boys back home

Drinking dirt road beers on a Friday night

Yeah, I’m wishing I was with y’all

Singing them old songs

Trucks circled up ‘round a farm fire”

Marlowe continues to see success with tracks as duets as well as special guest appearances.  In the past year, he has collaborated with Kasey Tyndall on the tune “Place For Me” as well as “I Will (When You Do” with Avery Anna.  Other top notch, well-received singles include “Record High” as well as “You Were Right (Nat’s Song)”, an ode to his wife.

Scott is approaching the top-five on the country charts with “Can’t Have Mine (Find You a Girl”) as well as the recently released hit single “I’ll Be a Bartender”.  To date, he has tallied three No. 1 singles (“My Girl”, “Nobody”, and “New Truck”) as well as a Top 5 hit “Hooked”.

Having released his eight-track EP, ‘Dirt Road When I Die’, in July, Marlowe has tour dates scheduled with the likes of Hardy and Morgan Wallen.  Meanwhile, Scott kicked off his 15-date THIS TOWN’S BEEN TOO GOOD TO US TOUR on October 12th in Knoxville, TN, featuring direct support from Matt Schuster and Tayler Holder.
