As they teased the release of their fourth studio album Good Things with three Top 5 charting songs – “10,000 Hours,” “I Should Probably Go To Bed,” and “Glad You Exist – Dan + Shay secured their spot on everyone’s list for most highly anticipated release of 2021.

When the album dropped this past week, radio was treated with their brand-new single “Steal My Love.”

The vibey mellowness of the song leans against an ultra-catchy melody that pulls from a feel-good reggae backbone while perfectly utilizing the incredible harmonies we’ve come to know from Dan + Shay.

Lyrically, this is all about him being crazy in love with his better half, but it’s also about reassuring his love for her by taking away any walls of doubt that she may have put up around her heart by reiterating that nothing will “steal his love” for her.

There are the typical lines about not being able to take his eyes off her, making sure that everyone knows how much he is in love with her, etc. But most of the time this song digs much deeper than only the surface level with lines such as:

“The world could unravel, but you'll still be safe in my arms.”

“As long as stars are dancing around the moon, there'll never be a me without you.”

Dan + Shay are on a tremendous roll right now and they have shown absolutely no signs of slowing down. Combine that stellar track record with a song that is fun, catchy, and gets stuck in your head after just one listen and makes you want to hear it over again and again, and “Steal My Love” is clearly destined to rocket up the charts and give Dan + Shay another smash hit.
