Quebec country music act Five Roses has released its latest single, “Our Days Are Numbered”.  After making their MDM Recordings debut earlier this year, the duo offers a song about an instant connection with someone new, only to realize that your time with them is limited.

While the moments are brief, they are memorable.  The tune tells the story of the highs and lows of an intense, abbreviated relationship that will entrench itself in the hearts and minds of those who experience it long after it ends.

“Our days are numbered

But every goodbye doesn’t have to be so bad (so sad)

So spin it off like a rocket for the times we had”

The duo, consisting of Jade Godin and Zach Ouimet, have referenced Lady A and Little Big Town as major inspirations, and have shared the stage with the likes of fellow Canadian country artists Brett Kissel, Meghan Patrick, and The Reklaws.

“Our Days Are Numbered” serves as a follow up to “Might As Well Be Me”, released earlier this year, which has garnered over 600,000 streams to date and earned them the title of iHeartRadio / Pure Country Future Star.  This duo continues to climb the ranks on the Canadian country music scene, honing their craft and developing into one of the fresh young acts on the modern circuit.
