  HEARTWRECKERS - Nobody's Man - Independent Release

“Country. Ass. Rock. With the periods!”

That is how Ryan Garrett, one half of country music’s newest badass rock band, Heartwreckers, describes his project with fellow bandmate Brock Butler.  The duo has just released a brand-new single, one that will impress and resonate with fans immediately.  “Nobody’s Man” is now available both digitally and on all streaming platforms.

“’Nobody’s Man’ is song written about our way of life,” Ryan Garrett said.  “Heartwreckers is a duo forged under the smoke of a dirty dive bar and we’ve always been the ones to ‘break the rules’ when it comes to songwriting and our way life.  ‘Nobody’s Man’ is about who Heartwreckers are as people and how they carry themselves into a good time.”

As self-described, Brock and Ryan’s latest release is a country rock heavy-hitter from start to finish, incorporating the perfect combination of elements from varying genres to create a sound that is unique and true to their own brand and way of life.  With Butler hailing from Louisiana and Garrett from Texas, the group’s influences run far and deep, and are evident everywhere here from the musical arrangement to the lyrical brashness.

“Raised down south to raise good hell

Don’t take no lip, but I give it well

On God, no woman ever held me down none

Twenty-something years wreaking havoc

I’m all ya’lls best bad habit

Ask your girl if I get the job done

I’m nobody’s man, and everyone’s problem”

Released on May 31st, “Nobody’s Man” follows “Don’t Trust That Truck” from the duo’s forthcoming debut EP, ‘Shut Up And Drink’.  Produced by Andrew Baylis, the highly-anticipated collection promises to add a brand-new dimension of country rock to the genre’s forefront.  A fresh take on a once-common sub-genre, Heartwreckers’ style to set to garner the attention of fans, media, and critics alike.

Butler and Garrett have been touring this month in support of ‘Shut Up And Drink’.  After some dates overseas, the duo will return to the US for a run with Tim McGraw on his Standing Room Only tour with special guest Carly Pearce.
