JOE NICHOLS - Bottle It Up - Quartz Hill Records

Over his more than two decades in the country music business, Joe Nichols is regarded as one of the genre’s most-lauded recording artists.  The multi-platinum and Grammy-nominated artist has created a sound that is timeless, resonating with fans from the early 2000’s straight through to today.

Showing no signs of slowing down, Nichols has released a brand-new track across all streaming and digital retail partners.  “Bottle It Up” is available now via Quartz Hill Records.

Written by Josh Kear, Dan Isbell and Paul Sykes, “Bottle It Up” is anthem for the sentimental side in all of us, an ode to savoring the special times we spend with friends, family and loved ones.  It pays homage to the good times we have, the ones that will stay with us forever, and encourages us to remember and cherish them while they are happening and remember them after they’re over.

“Bottle It Up” is about the good things in life and saving them up.  And also enjoying them when maybe life is a little less than stellar,” Nichols said.  “I think we would all like to take great moments in our life, capture them, put them in a bottle and constantly drink from it.  It’s about storing up the good stuff.”

This tune is classic Nichols from start to finish, offering his perfected blend of traditionally-modern twangy country with flairs of pop and rock that collectively appeal to the masses.  His baritone vocals and quick, down-to-earth lyrical delivery are on point once again, lending themselves to the listener to induce a sing-along, boot-stomping good time.

“Life ain’t no big riddle

Just Jesus and the devil and the people in the middle

Time just keeps on ticking

Every now and then take a blessing you’re given and

Bottle it up”

Marking the first song release from his upcoming 11th career studio album, “Bottle It Up” is the second project for Quartz Hill Records.

Nichols has been a mainstay and a household name in country music for more than 20 years, achieving six No. 1 singles, multiple RIAA platinum and gold certifications, along with three Grammy nominations, a CMA Award, and an ACM Award, among other countless accolades.

Joe recently joined Post Malone on his “A Night In Nashville” show at Marathon Music Works, where the pair performed a rendition of his No. 1 hit “Brokenheartsville”.  Nichols is currently on the road, playing headlining gigs and making appearances at fairs and festivals from coast to coast through the summer and into the fall.
