Chris Janson has made himself a household name across country music for his down-to-earth demeanor, show-stopping live shows, as well as his ability to intertwine fun, party anthems with thought-provoking tunes about real-life, middle-class America.

The multi-Platinum and award-winning country star has released his first track of the new year, one that will have us all tapping our toes and bobbing our heads from start to finish.  “Stay Rowdy” is available now, both digitally and on all streaming platforms, via Nashville Harbour Records & Entertainment.

Written by Janson along with Michael Tyler, Thomas Archer and Blake Bollinger, this is a feel-good party anthem to its core with a sing-along vibe and electrifying nature, which, as a collective, Chris has made a career out of dating back to his early years.

The down-to-earth party anthem is and always has been his bread and butter, and when he sat down to write “Stay Rowdy”, he knew exactly where he wanted the session to go.

“Simply put, I wanted to write something that reminded me of Hank Jr. in the 80’s,” Janson said.  “Country music that makes me want to have a good time.  Played it live the first time, and the crowd went nuts.  It became an instant staple in the show”.

One of the trademark elements of the Perryville, MO native’s personality and music is his unapologetic honest nature.  Over the course of his successful career that has spanned nearly 15 years as a recording artist, his raucous party-going, fun-loving nature has resonated with listeners across all ages, making him a must-see act. 

Wearing his heart on his sleeve and transparently pledging the love for his way of life as well as offering sound advice to us all, Janson is speaking to not only his devout fan base, but also is introducing himself to the new generation of country music enthusiasts.

Showcasing his impressive vocals, “The Human Hummingbird” craftily navigates his way through the sing-along lyrics and the catchy, hooky riffs that will have listeners enthralled and entertained from the tune’s onset.

Serving as his first release of 2025, “Stay Rowdy” follows the likes of “Cheap”, “All American Guy”, and “Whatcha See Is Whatcha Get” from last year. 

Recently, it was announced that Janson will be joining Kid Rock as direct support for all March 2025 show dates on his upcoming arena tour. Janson is currently out on the road with his headlining tour across the country and can be seen playing some of country music’s most iconic festivals.
